Finance Analyst

Role Overview: This position is a key leadership role within the North America finance team, focused on developing analytical tools and metrics to support decision-making. Based in Radford, VA, the role involves collaborating with senior management to improve processes, automate reporting, and support financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare budgets and financial review packages, providing insights into financial results and key metrics.Support operational decision-making through strategic and financial analysis.Develop forecasts and plans, fostering accountability among business leaders.Analyze P&L variances, communicate risks and opportunities, and support corrective actions.Engage with organizational stakeholders to enhance performance visibility.Create and evaluate key performance indicators and supporting reports.Identify process improvements to streamline financial activities and ensure accuracy.Collaborate with controllership for financial reporting and ensure compliance with policies.Deliver timely and accurate financial results, including plans, forecasts, and actuals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum three years of experience in finance or accounting.Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools like Hyperion or Oracle preferred.Excellent planning, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and interact with senior management.Results-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.High integrity, sense of urgency, and ethical standards. Additional Information: The role requires onsite work at least three days per week, with flexibility for remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000+ based on experience and skills.
