Finance Analyst

Role Overview: This position supports financial planning and analysis efforts to enhance profitability, process efficiency, and business improvements. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), assist in monthly and quarterly business reviews, support the month-end close process, develop and implement tools and processes, perform customer incentive analysis, provide cross-departmental support on initiatives, and conduct financial modeling and ad hoc analytics. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred), over 1 year of relevant analysis experience, strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and capable of working remotely from designated locations.
