Responsibilities of Finance Analyst: Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure effective financial planningPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAPMonitor grant spending and restricted fundsAssist with audit preparation, including gathering backup, reconciling accounts Preferred Requirements: Previous Finance experience Pivot table or Vlookup experience Hands on and ready to step into a supervisor roleTeam oriented #INOCT2026
