As a Finance Analyst, you'll provide critical financial insights that support commercial and operational decision-making while helping drive profitable growth across our business. Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to analyze business performance and identify profitable growth opportunities.
- Assist in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
- Analyze trade spend investments, promotional effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) opportunities.
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 4 days in-office | 1 day remote

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, consulting, banking, or other analytical roles.
- Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in consumer products, food & beverage, retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required; Power BI, Tableau, SAP, D365, or similar tools preferred.
- Understanding of customer profitability, trade spend, pricing strategies, and revenue growth management concepts preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.
