Finance Analyst 2 - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Global Accounts Payable team supporting manual invoice processing and related projects.

About the role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach.

• Support manual invoice processing within the Global Accounts Payable team
• Research ACH/NOC transactions and resolve related issues
• Assist with projects related to electronic payments and invoice management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak periods

Requirements

• Experience in accounting or finance, with knowledge of GLs and legal entities
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Knowledge of electronic payments, especially ACH and wire transfers
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
