Finance AI Researcher (FP&A, Accounting)

About the role

Halluminate is an applied AI and data company working with frontier Labs to train Financial Services Super Intelligence. We do this by building high quality computer and tool-use RL (Reinforcement Learning) gyms to train AI agents that do work across financial services verticals.

Responsibilities

• Help the team identify and prioritize roadmap based on real world IB/PE experience
• Create “training materials” for AI systems (e.g., modeling exercises, PowerPoints, etc.)
• Design “problems” to test state of the art AI agents
• Work with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and evaluate AI systems on real world financial services work

Skills

• Attention to detail
• Exceptional ability in core finance workflows across PowerPoint and Excel
• Organization and ability to own deadlines
• Willingness to learn technical concepts in machine learning, AI, data, and engineering

Pay

Hourly: $100/hour – $200/hour

Bonuses paid out for above-average performance or stellar contributors
