You’ll work closely with the Kake leadership team to tighten processes, improve accuracy, and build repeatable systems that scale.

- FP&A: forecasting, budgeting, and leadership reporting
- Build and maintain rolling forecasts and support budgeting cycles
- Track and explain key drivers and variances month-over-month and year-over-year to support decisions
- Track and report burn (burn rate, runway, cash-in vs. cash-out) and provide insight into what’s driving changes
- Deliver KPI reporting and simple dashboards that leadership can use, including trends and narrative insights
- International payments & multi-currency
- Support international vendor/contractor payments and multi-currency considerations
- Ensure consistent handling of conversion rates and FX impacts in bookkeeping and reporting
