Final Packer - Cleanroom

About the role

Cintas, a Fortune 500 leader recognized for being admired and trustworthy, seeks a safety‑first, customer‑focused Final Packer for its Cleanroom production team. In this role you will take bagged and sealed garments, organize them by customer, garment type and size, bundle them, and prepare the bundles for shipping while ensuring ISO 9001 quality and compliance. You will also perform routine safety checks on your workspace and equipment. The position supports Cleanroom customers’ need for sterile, ISO‑certified processing and helps Cintas deliver its “Ready for the Workday™” promise.

Responsibilities

• Take bagged and sealed garments and organize them by customer, garment type and garment size.
• Bundle the sorted garments and prepare the bundles for shipping to the customer.
• Ensure quality and compliance meet ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform routine safety checks on your workspace and assigned equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the majority of your work shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and movements, including stretching, bending, turning, and reaching, to complete work activities.

Skills

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience working in a production and teamwork environment.

Pay

Base salary estimate: $16.00 – $18.75 per hour (actual pay based on skills, experience, training and business needs).

Schedule

Full‑time, 1st shift.
