WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Final Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role on our Assembly Team, helping bring aircraft to completion on the Final Assembly Line. In this position, you will learn to interpret assembly drawings and work orders while assisting with the installation of aircraft components and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to the production of high-quality aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, work orders, and other production documentation
  • Use hand tools, fixtures, and computerized job-processing systems to complete assigned tasks
  • Absorb and assist with the installation and assembly of aircraft components and systems
  • Follow established safety procedures and operating standards to maintain a safe work environment
  • Accurately maintain production records and documentation as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and production goals are met
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Willingness to learn aircraft assembly processes and procedures
  • Experience with assembly, maintenance, or repair is helpful
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
  • Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
  • Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Starting Pay: $22.70/hour
