Key Responsibilities
- Work with both electrical and mechanical assemblies in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Execute functional tests, calibrations, and verification checks per procedures and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using structured diagnostic methods and test equipment.
- Verify proper wiring, grounding, cable routing, connector integrity, and system safety checks.
- Document build steps, test results, and inspections in work orders, travelers, and DHR (Device History Records).
- Identify and report nonconforming material and support MRB/CAPA activities by providing clear technical findings.
- Support engineering builds/prototypes as needed and assist with transitioning prototypes into repeatable production processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all required safety procedures (including ESD, LOTO, and cleaning checklists).
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects, improve throughput, and strengthen documentation quality.
