Final Assembly - Production Associate

About the role

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility to assemble products that enhance homes. The role involves active, hands-on tasks such as lifting, pushing, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds, along with frequent full-body movements like twisting, bending, and positioning components. You will operate tools and equipment following instructions to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper techniques and teamwork
• Handle large window components, push, and position units onto carts
• Perform physical movements including twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid-section to chest height
• Follow visual and written instructions when using tools and equipment

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfort with repetitive physical movements such as twisting, bending, and overhead lifting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
