As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full-body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands-on. No experience? Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork
• Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts
• Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid-section to chest height
• Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest-height lifting
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

• Monday – Thursday Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Pay $21.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am
