We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "WE ARE LOOKING FOR" maybe part of Requirements? The posting includes "WE ARE LOOKING FOR" then list of qualifications. We'll treat that as Requirements/Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes: "FLSA Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt", "Reports To: Chief of Creative Strategy and Storytelling", "Work Location: Seattle Art Museum Downtown, Seattle Asian Art Museum Volunteer Park, and Olympic Sculpture Park", "Work Schedule: Average of 20 hours per week. Hybrid role with both remote and in-office time." Also pay: "$27 - $32.90 an hour with a target hiring range of $30.00/hour". So we have Pay and Schedule info. Also Benefits section: there is a BENEFITS paragraph with details. We also have "About The Role" and "ABOUT SAM". The "About SAM" is descriptive about organization; could be part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes both About The Role and About SAM?). But we should not duplicate headings. We'll create sections: About the role (combining the About The Role paragraph and About SAM paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (or Qualifications) (list). Benefits (list). Pay (maybe just a paragraph). Schedule (maybe a paragraph). Ensure we don't create empty sections. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities list, we have bullet-like sentences each starting with a verb. We'll put each as
    • . For qualifications list, also bullet. For benefits list, also bullet. We need to preserve all substantive information: include details like "Manages all technical rehearsals and public programs", etc. Also include "Serves as Program Manager for film events", etc. Also include "Convenes technical production meetings with curators and A/V staff; prepares and distributes technical documentation for each program season". etc. We need to include the "About SAM" description: "As SAM heads into its second century, we are boldly reimagining what we can and should be. Our goal is to be a model for the future of museums - a bold, dynamic hub of creativity, belonging, and cultural leadership, shaping the future of art and community. Embracing new ways of engaging communities and seeking innovative partnerships - all while keeping art and community at the center of what we do. This ambitious effort represents a transformative shift and radically redefining how art museums operate. This is a pivotal moment for SAM, and we are seeking great talent to join us on our journey. Working at SAM is not just a job—it's a chance to be part of a vibrant, creative community." We'll put that in About the role section as prose (

). We need to exclude boilerplate: "FLSA Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt", "Reports To: Chief of Creative Strategy and Storytelling", "Work Location: ...", "Work Schedule: ..." maybe we keep those as part of Schedule or maybe as separate? The instruction: Use headings for Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we should put Work Schedule info under Schedule heading. Pay info under Pay heading. The other metadata like Reports To, Work Location, FLSA Status maybe we can incorporate into About the role or maybe drop as minor metadata? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So Reports To and Work Location could be folded into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Probably we can include them in About the role as a short paragraph. But we need to preserve all substantive information; they are substantive but minor. We'll include them in a

under About the role after the description. We also need to exclude duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. At the end there is a lot of EEO statement, accommodation, etc. We need to remove those. Also remove "Not sure you check every box? ..." and the encouragement to apply. Also remove "$27 - $32.90 an hour with a target hiring range of $30.00/hour" is Pay, we keep that. We also need to remove "WORK CONDITIONS" section? That's substantive about work conditions; maybe we could include under About the role or maybe a separate section? Not listed as a heading option but we could incorporate into About the role as prose. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could fold work conditions into About the role. We also need to remove "ACCOMODATION" etc. Thus final HTML will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide whether to use Requirements or Qualifications heading. The posting uses "WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications". So we can use "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction list includes both. We'll choose "Qualifications". Use

      Qualifications

. Now craft content. About the role section: combine About The Role paragraph and About SAM paragraph, plus maybe Reports To, Work Location, FLSA Status as a short

      . We'll do:

      About the role

The Film Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, execution, and technical management of SAM’s year-round film exhibition program. This position oversees technical rehearsals, coordinates film and digital media logistics, manages guest artist support, and ensures the highest quality presentation of films in both the Downtown and Asian Art Museum locations. Reporting to the Chief of Creative Strategy and Storytelling, the Film Coordinator also serves as a primary point of contact for logistics for projectionists, A/V staff, curators, and external partners, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating complex shipping and archival processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skill, and interpersonal dexterity, with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and provide a professional experience for all audiences.

As SAM heads into its second century, we are boldly reimagining what we can and should be. Working at SAM is not just a job—it's a chance to be part of a vibrant, creative community.

Reports to: Chief of Creative Strategy and Storytelling. Work Location: Seattle Art Museum Downtown, Seattle Asian Art Museum Volunteer Park, and Olympic Sculpture Park. FLSA Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt.

But we need to avoid duplication: we already mentioned Reporting to the Chief... in first paragraph; we can keep it there and not repeat. The short

could be just "Work Location: Seattle Art Museum Downtown, Seattle Asian Art Museum Volunteer Park, and Olympic Sculpture Park." but we already have location in first paragraph? Actually first paragraph mentions both Downtown and Asian Art Museum locations but not Olympic Sculpture Park. So we should include location details. We'll keep a short

for location and FLSA. Now Responsibilities: list each duty. From posting: - Manages all technical rehearsals and public programs - Serves as Program Manager for film events - Convenes technical production meetings with curators and A/V staff; prepares and distributes technical documentation for each program season - Schedules all rehearsals and ensures accurate and current technical information is shared internally and with external partners - Works with AV team often, ensures optimal sound and image quality in screenings; communicates adjustments to projection staff - Resolves technical issues with digital formats, DCPs, or archival prints by liaising with distributors or securing alternate materials - Examines incoming film materials for print condition, format, and discrepancies; requests and tracks full inspections by projectionists - Oversees special technical projects, including electronic titling and translations - Provides occasional film introductions in the absence of guests/leads/curators We'll put each as

    • . Now Qualifications: list each bullet from "WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications". Let's extract: - Knowledge of film exhibition formats and/or experience handling film; and a strong understanding of the technical presentation standards of cinema - Excellent communication and public speaking skills; able to work effectively with curators, filmmakers, and other guest presenters - Ability to establish and achieve goals - Demonstrated extreme accuracy and attention to detail - Strong and effective writing skills needed to prepare a variety of correspondence, reporting, and other documents - Ability to deal with multiple demands in high-pressure, public presentation situations, thinking quickly and effectively to problem solve and create and implement solutions - Working knowledge of exhibition practice, customer and client relations, and event management - Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and to establish goals and workload priorities - Leadership abilities and able to inspire Work Study students through training and effective management oversight - Proficient computer skills, including facility with using Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro - Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 lb - Technical understanding of film exhibition formats - Applicants for this position are expected to possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned Note some duplicates: "Knowledge of film exhibition formats and/or experience handling film; and a strong understanding of the technical presentation standards of cinema" and later "Technical understanding of film exhibition formats". Might be duplicate but we keep both as they appear; but we could deduplicate? Instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines: we should remove duplicated lines. The second "Technical understanding of film exhibition formats" is somewhat duplicate of first but not exactly same wording. Might be considered duplicate? Safer to keep both? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. The line "Technical understanding of film exhibition formats" is essentially same as part of first line. So we should drop it to avoid duplication. Also "Applicants for this position are expected to possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned" is a generic statement; maybe we keep it as it's not duplicate of others. We'll keep. Now Benefits: list from BENEFITS paragraph. - Paid sick time accrued at a rate of 0.0385 per hour worked - Access to fitness facility - Access to Employee Assistance Fund (EAP) - Tier III AAM membership - Discounts for SAM Shop and MARKET - Access to member rates for ticketed events at SAM - Participation in SAM’s 403b retirement plan - Following 1 year of service and 1,000 hours worked, SAM makes a discretionary
