Filling Pharmacy Technician

Scope of Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders accurately per prescription label directions.
• Packages medications neatly and according to directions.
• Affixes credits and restocks inventory as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and productivity at work stations and facility.
• Ensures accuracy and quality assurance in filling orders.
• Keeps inventory levels adequate.
• Uses RX computer system knowledge.
• Completes mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Registered with the State of Vermont, New Hampshire, or Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician (depending on location).
• Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.

Compensation

$16.00-17.50 per hour. Final offer determined based on relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
