Filling Pharmacy Technician

Scope of Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders accurately and per directions on prescription label.
• Packages medications neatly and ensures accuracy.
• Affixes credits and restocks inventory as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and productivity at work stations and facility.
• Fills individual orders with accuracy and attention to quality.
• Keeps up-to-date stock levels and complies with quality assurance standards.
• Uses the RX computer system effectively.
• Completes mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred with an AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Preferred experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings.
• Registered with the State of Vermont, New Hampshire, or Ohio as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Available to work nights and weekends as required.
• Must be on-time and available for scheduled work shifts.

Compensation

$16.00-17.50 per hour. Final offer determined based on relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
