Responsibilities

• Manufacture and compound sterile solutions and other parenteral classed products, including obtaining, weighing, measuring, and adding all raw materials as per production procedures.
• Set-up, operate, and dismantle for cleaning all equipment involved in the production process.
• Perform inspections and assessments of equipment and material condition prior to use.
• Assemble antigens into final product formulations and prepare adjuvants or other intermediates, maintaining product sterility.
• Accurately verify and document the identity of all components used in formulation, adhering strictly to cGMP documentation practices.
• Comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Filling Manufacturing Directions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform calculations and conversions involving weights, volumes, and percentages.
• Computer aptitude to adapt to future platforms and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Handling, Decontamination, and Sterilization, and BPE methods.
• Understanding of basic GMP/Documentation practices, laboratory practices, biology, and microbiology.
• Experience operating in an aseptic environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated understanding of systems, equipment, and processes.

Additional Information

Overtime may be required depending on production demands. This role might require lifting up to 50 lbs.
