FIIS Electro-Mechanical Assembler II
About the role
Position available onsite with FUJIFILM Integrated Inkjet Solutions Group located in West Lebanon, NH. Must be proficient in all of the duties of an Electro-Mechanical Assembler 1.
Responsibilities
- Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre-production projects.
- Works with rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components.
- May perform rework.
- Work typically includes interaction with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Assembles, test and repairs complex electro-mechanical assemblies for printing systems.
- Self starter with little supervision and able to work with little documentation. Can also create documentation and outline assembly sequences and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent years of experience and 1-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work as a member of a team as well as individually.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Able to graph data to write reports, determine failures, etc.
- Experience auditing procedures.
