About the Role
We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are ideal for individuals committed to fostering student growth and achieving educational excellence in diverse learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum with state standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in departmental, school, and district meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate or eligibility for alternative certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred for some positions.
- Demonstrated experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
