Field Visual Merchandiser

Job Description

The Field Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for executing all visual elements and product presentations in-store, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and evaluate visual displays across locations, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Field Visual Merchandiser will be primarily focused on providing training and support to Visual Leads and store teams on best practices, visual standards, and new initiatives to enhance in-store presentations.

Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Lead the coordination of visual-related product mapping, collateral and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.

Maintain all store experience essentials, including plants, replacements for props, mannequins, lighting, sign holders, etc.

Travel to new store openings is occasionally required to assist in the visual set up and the store’s grand opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Proven 3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising and team leadership within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Profiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

The salary range for this role is $62,100 - $76,650 per year.
