Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Training Specialist Intern that conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies. They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
- Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
- Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
- Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
- Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
- Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master's level.
- One semester post-graduation
Physical Demands
Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, other computer components, and warehouse equipment.
