Field Training Specialist

Job Description

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Possess knowledge to train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions, reports, e.g. A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD).
• Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
• Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
• Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.
• Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
• Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
• Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry. Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work individually or as part of a team. Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Desired Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience. 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system.
