Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our company as a Field Training Consultant. In this role, you will:
- Train new agents within the state of New Mexico
- Work collaboratively with 15 other trainers across multiple states
- Support problem solving and solution-based selling skills for sales-driven individuals
- Travel occasionally across the state of New Mexico
Requirements
- College degree (Business or Marketing degree preferred) plus five years of relevant experience
- Insurance/financial service and sales experience preferred
- Must have or be able to attain FINRA Series SIE, 6, and 63
- Must be licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the state currently assigned (Life & Health, Property/Casualty, Commercial, etc.)
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work well with agents/registered representatives in a multi-line exclusive agent channel
- Good problem solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records
- Frequent travel (up to 50%) is required (including the occasional overnight)
- Position is located in the state of New Mexico
