Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (lodging and per diem covered by SSI).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Successfully upsell products and services to customers while installing DISH systems.
• Effective time management skills.
• Must have a clear background, drug screen and motor vehicle record.

Pay

• Training/base pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
• Base rate increases by $0.50 upon completion of training.
• Guaranteed hourly rate of $25.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months.
• If post‑training base rate plus bonuses and commission don’t reach the guaranteed rate, pay will be increased to meet it.
• Bonus opportunity: Trained and Active Bonus of $1000.00 – half paid at ~60 days, half at ~6 months.
• Performance incentives and commissions boost earnings.
• First‑year potential: $50,000 – $60,000 or more.
• Experienced technicians: $60,000 – $85,000+ annually.
• Paid training provided.

Schedule

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.
