Field Technician, Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Field Technician to join our EST team in Hatfield, PA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in the maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation.
• Rearranges and removes equipment and associated wiring at the customer site or at the company location.
• Engages in product field support, including system hardware and software, medical or laboratory devices and equipment, and systems networking.
• Assists in the testing, moving, repair, and adjustment of equipment problems associated with trouble reports and performs routine maintenance.
• Performs client-site servicing, repair, and/or installation of company product(s).
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Determines the most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production.
• A degree/diploma in Engineering (or a similar field) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $23.13 - 32.00/hour.

The position is located in Hatfield, PA and is on-site.
