Field Technician - Seasonal Part Time

Responsibilities

• Swapping electric bike batteries and balancing e-bike systems
• Providing customer service and addressing street inquiries
• Operating and maintaining service vehicles
• Performing in-field bike maintenance, inspections, repairs, and cleaning
• Maintaining stations through troubleshooting, part replacement, and cleaning
• Installing and removing stations
• Assisting with event setup, bike prep, and tear down
• Adapting to evolving roles as needed

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid clean driving record
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a fun, collaborative approach
• Bike share experience a plus

Physical And Other Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat
• Capacity to lift up to 65 pounds, bend, stoop, and work on ladders
• Operating vehicles safely in urban traffic
• Clear communication skills, good vision, and stamina to stand or sit for extended periods
