Responsibilities
- Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid
- Complete incident reports and site documentation
- Perform health screenings and testing
- Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway
- Support worksite health and safety compliance
- Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with
This is a mobile role: you’ll travel between worksites rather than working out of one fixed location, focusing on occupational health and safety in industrial environments.
Pay and extra earning
- $20–$24/hour
- On-call stipend: $45 per weekday night, $150 per weekend—plus hourly pay for every hour worked on a callout
- Bonus pay for extra shifts
Schedule and flexibility
- Alternative work week: five days, eight-hour shifts
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
- PRN shifts open to all positions—pick up as many extra shifts as you want (no cap)
- Shift trading with teammates when you need time off
We operate 24 hours a day. On-call rotation includes some overnight and weekend shifts, with call volume varying by site and day.

Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Insurable under our motor vehicle policy: 3+ years driving history or documented defensive driving training, no severe MVR hits (e.g., excessive moving violations, DUIs, reckless driving)
- Pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain compliant with ongoing testing
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with one of the following credentials:
- EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic
- Military Medic
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Emergency Medical Responder, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, or CNA (with additional in-house training provided)
Strong communicators thrive here—you’ll brief crews and give clear instructions under pressure.
Work environment
- Standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods
- Extended driving between sites, sometimes long distances
- Possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens or bodily fluids (hepatitis B immunization recommended)
