Field Technician, Meter Reader - Company Vehicle

Responsibilities

• No experience required, paid training.
• Assigned routes each day, in a company vehicle.
• Routes posted in a client provided computer daily.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
• May have to get out of the vehicle to manually read an occasional meter.
• “Mobile office” approach to work means never having the same day twice.
• Utilize handheld devices to ensure clear and complete services.

Qualifications

• Outdoor experience preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be available to work overtime and some weekends (as needed).
• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Customer/Client Service Experience a plus.

Schedule

• Part time/Day time position (15-28 hours per week).
• Hours will vary from route to route.
• Remote mobile office, client equipment provided.
• Must be available to work overtime and some weekends (as needed).
