Field Technician III

Position Overview

Serve as lead onsite; direct, inspect, and audit technicians’ work as needed.
Assist in training less experienced technicians on scope of work and administrative tasks.
Train subcontractors and technicians on theory and practices for reliable, quality installations.
Perform installation and service work at customer sites based on schedule.
Provide regular updates and deliverables to project teams in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Technician II or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency/knowledge across multiple of Telaid’s key accounts.
• Able to operate network certifiers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work outside normal hours when required.
