Field Technician – Full Time

About the role

Super Scoopers is looking for a full-time Field Technician to join our growing team. This role offers independence, a consistent schedule, and the chance to earn based on your productivity. You’ll independently complete daily service routes using a company-provided truck, interact with clients, maintain communication with the office, and deliver high-quality service in the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, “wow-worthy” customer service
• Clean residential properties by removing pet waste
• Secure gates and sanitize equipment after each visit
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate client requests, notes, and updates to the office
• Report vehicle maintenance or repair needs

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• At least 21 years old
• Able to walk 5–8 miles daily and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual (routes start as early as 7:00 AM)
• Comfortable using an iPhone and GPS

Qualifications (Bonus)

• Pest control
• Pool cleaning
• Landscaping
• Construction or other physical labor roles

Pay

• $10/hour during training
• Commission-based pay after training (most technicians earn $16–$18/hour + tips)
• Weekly pay

Schedule

Routes start as early as 7:00 AM.

Note: This is physically demanding work. You’ll be moving quickly throughout the day in varying weather conditions—but for the right person, it’s rewarding, active, and never boring.
