Field Technician - Dayton/Columbus/Cincinnati OH

Aeroseal is looking for a Field Technician to serve the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati, OH areas. Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager to prepare the home (job site) for AeroBarrier services to be performed (including taping around operable windows, doors, air vents, light cut outs, etc.)
• Assist in unloading and loading equipment required for each job site
• Complete daily Equipment Check and Vehicle Inspection forms
• Participate in training/retraining programs as necessary
• Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures, including use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent injury
• Understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Professionally represent AeroBarrier and provide exceptional service to all clients, vendors, and business partners
• Use discretion to expand upon duties to ensure job mandate is met and performance aligns with the spirit and intent of the outlined duties
• Reports to Project Manager and Branch Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (new graduates welcomed and encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check, including drug screening, prior to hire (due to federal/government contract nature)

Pay

The estimated pay range for this role is $21.00‑22.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. The compensation details reflect base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
