The Field Technician installs and repairs services, educates customers, and provides technical support in outdoor environments. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on service use and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Operate hand tools and company vehicles safely in various environments.
• Work outdoors in diverse weather and terrain conditions.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and heights.
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed.
