Field Technician
About the role
Cennox is seeking an enthusiastic Field Technician to join our expanding Field Services division. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; safe or ATM technical experience is a plus. Electro-mechanical skills are mandatory, along with the ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to a multi-meter, voltmeter, and volt-ohm meter. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is required, as is experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret and execute written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of products
- Determine issues with products and train customers on the proper use of financial equipment
- Become part of a rapidly growing company
Requirements

- Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely

- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
- Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight
