Field Technician - Aiken, SC

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $18 per hour with GUARANTEED automatic $.50 increases at both 60 days and 180 days.

Tools and Equipment

Use the latest safety equipment to accurately detect gas leaks and quickly analyze data.

Work Independently: After training, you’ll get to show off your time management & problem-solving skills by working independently.

Outdoor Work

Exploring the great outdoors: Work outside in the fresh air, typically walking 5+ miles per day.

Schedule

WorkSchedule - Full Time Monday to Thursday 7am - 5:30pm

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma OR GED
• Driver’s License: Valid, unexpired Driver’s license

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Passion for Environmental Safety: Are you driven by a commitment to safety?
• Tech Enthusiast: Direct experience working with hands-on technology is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Help navigate any natural gas incidents and use our training to implement the proper solution.
• Superb Customer Service: You’re the face of the company. Giving our clients peace of mind by being professional & responsive is the top priority.
• Communication Skills: Ability to accurately relay findings and convey information is key.
• Attention to Detail: Being vigilant and staying focused while working is key when locating leaks.
• Physical Stamina: Technicians work outdoors & must have endurance to perform tasks effectively and safely.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day;
• carry up to 20 lbs. of equipment.

Additional Information

Your personal vehicle for daily work use: Technicians are eligible for mileage reimbursement to cover the cost of gas & other vehicle maintenance.
