We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? Actually "About Us" is a section heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include headings like About Us? Not listed but could be "About Us". However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include headings that match content: "About Us", "Job Summary", "Essential Duties and Responsibilities", "Required Qualifications and Education Requirements", "Preferred Skills", "Pay Transparency", "Benefits", "Work Environment", "Physical Demands", "Other Duties". But we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. Also we must not repeat job title as heading. Also we must not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Also we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is present: "Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $21.00 – $25.00 per hour". Benefits: "AET offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, insurance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), long term savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities." So we can have Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule not present, so omit. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties list, we need to convert each bullet into
  • . The duties are many sentences; we can break them into list items. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some lines like "Reasonable accommodations or workable solutions may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions." That's part of duties; we keep. Also "Third Party Disclosure Notice..." is boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." maybe we keep as part of Other Duties? It's somewhat boilerplate but it's part of description. Might keep but it's not a list. We'll keep as

. We must not include duplicated lines. There's duplication of some duties like "Perform field testing of plastic concrete." appears twice? Actually appears in duties list: "Perform field testing of plastic concrete, soils, bituminous, or masonry products – may consume 80% of workday." then later "Perform field testing of plastic concrete." We'll keep both as separate items? Might be duplicate but we should preserve all substantive information; but if it's duplicate, maybe we keep only one? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicate is still substantive? It's repeated; but we could keep both but it's redundant. Safer to keep both? Might be considered duplication but not instructed to remove duplicates except "duplicated lines" in boilerplate. It says remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicate lines. So we need to detect duplicates and keep one. Let's extract duties list: - Perform field testing of plastic concrete, soils, bituminous, or masonry products – may consume 80% of workday. - Perform field density and Proctor density test of soils. - Perform field testing of plastic concrete. - Perform laboratory testing of bituminous materials. - Observe excavations and correlate the observations with soil boring logs. - Perform hand auger borings under the direction of the project manager. - Perform other laboratory tests and calibrations. - Report test results – may consume 10% of workday. - Communication with project manager – may consume up to 5% of workday. - Communicate with client, earthwork contractor and/or ready-mix supplier. - Conduct miscellaneous projects involving work procedures, laboratory and equipment. - Laboratory maintenance – may consume 5% of the workday. - Conduct field, laboratory and office activities in a manner consistent with federal, state, and local regulations, along with AET’s QA and Health and Safety Policies, to promote the safety and protection of employees, clients and the public. - Increase proficiency in soils, concrete, and masonry testing. - Maintain high chargeable productivity. - Maintain the quality of service and work product. - Properly use and maintain company instruments and equipment. - Coordinate with other staff with the goal of increasing efficiency, productivity, and communication. - Maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. - Some positions may require use of personal vehicle for company business. - Maintain compliance with DOT driver regulations if required for position. - Maintain appropriate physicals if required for position. - Frequent travel within the regional area, and occasional out-of-town travel. - Perform other tasks as necessary to meet departmental or company goals. Duplicate: "Perform field testing of plastic concrete." appears as separate line after the first combined line. We'll keep only one? The first line includes plastic concrete among others; the second is specific. Could be considered duplicate but not exact same string. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. Since they are not identical, we keep both. Now Required Qualifications and Education Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred Skills 2-year vocational or college degree is preferred. (Actually that's under Preferred Skills). So Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: list: - Communication skills sufficient to work effectively with clients and coworkers. - Ability to interact successfully with a wide variety of people, work effectively within project teams, resolve issues and problems in a constructive manner, and work independently in the field. - Capable of the physical labor required including work at hazardous waste sites, with personal protective equipment. Also maybe "2-year vocational or college degree is preferred." That's a preferred skill. Pay Transparency: Base compensation range $21.00 – $25.00 per hour based on skill set and experience. Benefits: comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, insurance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), long term savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Work Environment: description. Physical Demands: description. Other Duties: note about job description not comprehensive. We also have "Job Summary" paragraph. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include: - About Us (maybe heading "About Us") - Job Summary - Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Required Qualifications and Education Requirements - Preferred Skills - Pay Transparency (or Pay) - Benefits - Work Environment - Physical Demands - Other Duties We must not include headings with filler text. All have content. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). So we don't add a heading for "Field Technician I". Good. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Third Party Disclosure Notice". Remove that. Also remove "EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning". Not present. Now format. Let's craft HTML:
