Field Talent Advisor

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Field Talent Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise Regional Directors on organizational topics like succession planning and performance management
• Design and implement change management plans to support organizational transformations
• Analyze financial and HR metrics to improve performance and employee retention
• Consult leaders on talent management strategies to align with business objectives
• Manage multiple projects in collaboration with various teams to enhance employee experiences
• Communicate and educate team members on HR policies and compliance

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR or Talent Management experience supporting Field retail leaders at the Director level
• Functional HR expertise in talent management, coaching, HR programs, learning and development, compensation, and employee engagement
• Self-starter and change agent; comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; able to challenge the status quo
• Ability to build trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
