Encore Vet Group is seeking a full- or part-time, travel-based Field Support Veterinarian to provide hands-on clinical support across our hospitals in New Jersey and New York. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives on variety, collaboration, and stepping in where needed to help teams stay strong, supported, and confident while delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Field Support Veterinarian, you’ll deliver high-quality veterinary care to Encore practices as needs arise—covering vacations, family leaves, or team transitions. You’ll ensure continuity of care and peace of mind for local teams and clients alike.

Pay
Base salary range: $120,000–$160,000 (or higher) based on experience and production capabilities. Pro-sal and salary options available, with potential for a sign-on bonus or relocation package. We offer flexibility in total compensation to meet your needs.
