About the role

Join Our Growing Team of BCBAs! At Behavioral Framework, we’re on a mission to deliver life-changing care for children with Autism and we want YOU on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide in-home parent training and case supervision.
  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must live in, and be licensed in Maryland.
  • BCBA certification (in good standing).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.

Pay

Salary: up to $100k

Schedule

Ability to travel to clients' homes 4 to 5 nights a week.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes 4 to 5 nights a week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
