Field Supervisor – Water & Mold Restoration
About the role
Power Dry has been a trusted leader in emergency water removal for over 37 years, proudly serving the greater Kansas City area. We are looking to grow our team with a dedicated and motivated Field Supervisor for Water and Mold Restoration Departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support field technicians on water, mold, and emergency restoration projects
- Train, coach, and mentor new hires on company procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and industry best practice
- Conduct routine field audits to evaluate workmanship, job quality, documentation, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all restoration projects meet company standards, IICRC guidelines, and applicable local regulation
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job notes, photographs, moisture readings, and project reports
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and communication
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours and weekend rotations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Pay
Competitive salary of $60,000 annually plus bonus potential. Performance-based bonus and commission opportunities.
