Field Supervisor/Foreman (Commercial Drywall)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead drywall crews on commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, supervising crews, managing materials and equipment, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with commercial metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, blocking, acoustical ceilings, and commercial doors, frames, and hardware. The Foreman should be a confident field leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial drywall crews on active construction projects.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and job-specific scopes of work.
• Oversee metal stud framing, drywall partitions and ceilings, drywall hanging and finishing, and related installations.
• Supervise installation of acoustical grid and ceiling tile systems.
• Oversee installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
