About the role

As a Field Supervisor, you will support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades. You will develop your management and leadership skills while driving your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities
• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Requirements

• Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)

Pay

$36–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
