Position Responsibilities
- Act as point-of-contact between Operations office staff and field personnel
- Aid in the implementation and maintenance of health and safety, work plans, and supervision of field personnel
- Interact with customers on job sites during and at the conclusion of the job
- Assist Director of Operations Manager as needed to cover in their absence
- Carry out tasks involving manual labor
- Travel as necessary (extensive and project-driven)
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 7+ years of field experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Valid Chauffeur License
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written/oral)
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Must demonstrate a proactive approach to all tasks
Qualifications
- Physically and mentally capable of maintaining work in demanding conditions (rough weather, bad seas, remote locations, etc.)
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, balance stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 100+ pounds
- Noise levels in the work environment are moderate to high
- Compliant regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies
