Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid in the training of the cleaning team.
• Oversight and execution of cleaning operations within assigned buildings.
• Management of key and access card security for the property.
• Reporting work orders for maintenance.
• Ensuring the quality of jobs and confirming completion with the Manager.
• Checking supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Completing order forms accurately and completely.
• Coordination of equipment usage and inventories.
• Managing daily employee lunches and breaks.
• Creating and maintaining daily shift reports for managers.
• Communicating with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Providing technical guidance, interpreting policies and procedures, and assisting front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
• Ensuring shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
• Coordinating callouts with leadership to cover shifts.
• Handling increased/decreased client staffing requests.
• Managing the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.
• Proven ability to manage a large team or staff.

About the Role

The Field Supervisor - Janitorial is responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. This includes ensuring productivity levels and customer service requirements are met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constant patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, and Cargo Area. Shift: 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am.

Pay

PAY $22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
