Field Supervisor - Armed

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Supervisor, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar settings. Your sharp eye and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring security systems to detect suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Hold a State Issued Level 3 Commissioned License
• Own required equipment: Weapon with magazines, 2 pairs of handcuffs, Duty Belt, OC spray, Baton
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with no restriction B and clean driving record
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry) and social skills
• Must have served for at least 1 year in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure

Qualifications

Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred. WinTeam experience is a plus but not required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hr.
