Field Supervisor (72271)

About the role

We are seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage daily waterproofing and restoration operations. The right candidate will have experience managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge, be detail-oriented, and respond quickly to any problems on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Manage work crews
• Perform daily image reports
• Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health, and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees, and the public
• Supervise procedures to ensure work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Coordinate activities with building management

Requirements

• High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job, including lifting objects weighing up to 25kg
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision
• Professionalism in waterproofing works
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing, and coatings materials (a plus)

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in waterproofing or a related field

Physical Requirements

• Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions
• May occasionally encounter unpleasant or hazardous materials
• May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height
