Leola Construction is a residential shell construction company based in Gibsonton, Florida, specializing in slab masonry, block masonry, and framing for single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums across the Southeast. We provide expert services to many of the nation’s biggest home builders, delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed, even if you’re new to some technical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred.
