About the role

As a Field Superintendent, you will support a large-scale data centre project based in Texas, US.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across civil works, concrete, structural steel, and architectural finishes
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics to maintain workflow efficiency
• Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure constructability and alignment with design intent
• Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CSA construction supervision (data centres or large industrial projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, site works, and building envelope
• Leadership and subcontractor management capability in high-pressure environments
