Field Superintendent

About the role

The Field Superintendent is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and supervision of the Authority's water distribution system, wells, water tanks, equipment, and field personnel. Duties include coordinating repairs, responding to emergencies, overseeing system maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining records, and assisting with planning and budgeting of water system operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in water utility operations, public works, or a related field preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required state certifications
• Valid Georgia driver's license required
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and work in varying weather conditions

Pay

Salary range: $X-$Y per hour
