Field Stocking Associate (Greenfield, MA)

Pay

$20 per hour, weekly pay, monthly cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday day shift.

Responsibilities

• Traveling and attending to multiple Home Depot store locations within an assigned territory on scheduled days/times or as otherwise required
• Identify and read tickets, SKUs, UPC labels and reports
• Loading, unloading, sorting and stocking out moulding and other products from cart
• Replenish inventory according to company guidelines
• Upkeep of maintenance in aisles includes restocking bins, removing damaged/unsellable material, and issuing credits electronically on Home Depot handheld phone
• Maintain signage/pricing and recover the aisles since the last service per company guidelines
• May need to operate machinery (handsaw) or drill when needed
• Follow all safety procedures
• Other duties may be assigned by management

Requirements

• Valid United States driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with current automobile registration and insurance (amounts to be determined by the company)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software – Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as company time‑keeping and mileage system
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to store management and customers
• Attention to detail and ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy
• Self‑disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to endure prolonged periods of sitting while driving to cover assigned territory
