The Field Specialist - Global Rotator role is offered by a partner company managing all applications and next steps. The position is located globally within the United States and involves working in a technical field environment supporting advanced artificial lift solutions for energy operations worldwide. Key accountabilities include:
- Installing, retrieving, and servicing retrievable electrical submersible pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment.
- Supporting equipment management activities to enhance well productivity, system reliability, and operational performance.
- Troubleshooting ESP and artificial lift challenges through technical analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Acting as a technical leader on-site, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution of field operations.
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions.
- Traveling internationally and domestically to support operational requirements.
- Managing special projects and additional assignments as required.
- Ensuring all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, legal, and operational standards.
- Completing required documentation, reports, and administrative tasks accurately using standard computer applications.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing technical knowledge and field insights.
Requirements for the role include:
- A technical degree or equivalent qualification, or at least 5 years of experience in artificial lift systems, completions, wireline, or related field operations.
- Strong experience working with electrical submersible pumps, artificial lift tools, or similar specialized equipment.
- Previous offshore field experience and the ability to operate effectively in challenging work environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes using analytical skills.
- Experience leading field activities and acting as a trusted technical resource on-site.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage changing priorities during global assignments.
- Comfort with frequent travel, including international and short-notice deployments.
- Ability to use basic computer systems to complete operational documentation accurately.
