Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and tackle any situation
• Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but not required
• A must-have: Customer Service Experience
• Key attributes: Positive attitude and aptitude
